I’m glad I had the chance to have a try on these NUTRIbrown Rice instant beverages, especially the original with prebiotic and the chocolate flavours. A warm glass of this helps to ease my stomach discomfort and also helps to sooth the menstrual cramps when needed. What I like most about them are the low sugar content (I don’t have a sweet tooth) and it is also considered as a good source of fibre that helps to promote healthy bowel. From my point of view, it is just one of the healthiest drink besides water, oats and juices. It’s definitely worth a try 🙂
