If you're not completely satisfied with your NutriBrownRice® purchase, we’re here to help.


🧾 Eligibility for Refunds or Returns

You may request a refund or return if:

  • You received the wrong item or product

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

  • Your parcel was lost in transit (based on tracking status)

  • You had an allergic reaction (please provide photo evidence)

We do not accept returns for opened or partially consumed items due to food safety regulations.


📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unopened, unused, and in original condition

  • Return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product

  • A copy of your order confirmation or invoice must be provided


🔁 Return & Refund Process

  1. Email us at: hello@nutribrownrice.com
    Include your order number, reason for return, and photo(s) if applicable.

  2. Wait for approval & return instructions
    We’ll reply within 2 working days with next steps.

  3. Ship the item (if applicable)
    Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

  4. Refund issued
    Refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7–14 business days upon return approval.

  • Free gifts, trial packs, and promotional samples

  • Items purchased from third-party resellers
