  • 🇲🇾 East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)

  • 🇸🇬 Singapore

  • 🌏 Select international countries (please contact us for custom rates)


⏱️ Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed before 12pm (GMT+8) will be shipped out the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

International shipping fees are calculated at checkout or via custom quote.


🎁 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel via:

  • Ninjavan, J&T, DHL eCommerce, or other courier (depending on region)

All NutriBrownRice® sachets are:

  • Sealed in eco bags or gift boxes

  • Packed securely to preserve freshness and quality

  • Protected against heat and moisture during shipping


📬 Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, kindly contact us at hello@nutribrownrice.com within 7 days of expected delivery

  • We will assist with claim submission and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary
